Permian Basin Lab

The Permian Basin Laboratory specializes in Immunology and is fully accredited Medicare and CLIA approved. We are very proud of our facility and will be pleased for you to inspect and ask any questions that might arise. Our goal is prompt, accurate lab results. Our lab excels at drawing blood on both adult and pediatric patients. We believe you will find the lab to maintain high standards at reasonable rates.

Sleep Center of the Southwest

Included in our office building is the Sleep Center of the Southwest. We provide the most comprehensive sleep center in the area equipped with state of the art electronic equipment. We are the sole accredited sleep center in this area. We offer several testing options: overnight sleep study, daytime multiple sleep latency testing, etc. Due to nature of the testing this facility is staffed on weekday nights. The first AASM accredited sleep center in the Permian Basin.

Homecare Plus Home Healthcare

Associated with our office is Homecare Plus Home Healthcare Agency. Homecare Plus Home Healthcare is the oldest locally owned homecare service provider in Midland. The agency provides skilled nursing, sitter service, respiratory care, physical therapy, infusion therapy, and health aide services for patients in their homes. The agency also offers sales and rentals of most medical equipment and supplies for home patient care and comfort. Medicare and Medicaid approved as well as CHAP accredited. Quality and personalized servce and care is our objective.
